About Us

Measured Fabrication was formed in 2024 after a successful two-year collaboration of Jeff Phelps and Tom Edwards. The project was to design and build a mobile music venue to serve the entire community. It was great outcome, and we were awarded the Memphis 2024 Innovation Award for the project. Since then, we formed a new company to design and fabricate things to order. Jeff is a 4-year active Marine veteran, 4-year active reserves with 26 years with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a High security welder. Tom has 35 year’s experience in corporate facilities management, design, construction and consulting and is a licensed General Contractor. His formal education was in Architecture and Engineering. Our services include design and fabricating a wide variety of metal and wood products.
